Or you can contact us by post at Sheldon Press Proposals for publication We are always interested in new ideas and authors, and welcome informed submissions. We're looking for books on a variety of subjects, aimed at the general reader. We currently have a strong focus on medical conditions, but we will consider emotional and psychological subjects provided that they are clearly targeted and have a definite readership in mind. We do not accept personal development, motivational, or life coaching proposals (ie how to get the life you want, how to be happy, how to age gracefully), or personal stories or autobiography in any form. A good, clear writing style, and authoritative information, are essential. If you would like to submit a publication proposal please write to us telling us about the market (e.g. if it's a medical problem, how many people have it), and send a synopsis, including a list of chapter headings, an introduction and a sample chapter.
